In this course, learners will explore several aspects of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and the ways that these issues are present in our world, personal lives, and our workplaces. At the completion of this course, learners will be able to define diversity, equity, and inclusion, identify key elements of DEI, as well as understand how DEI affects the workplace and how to begin to create an inclusive environment. Learners will also be able to identify how race and racism relate to diversity, equity, and inclusion, in addition to a deeper understanding of how gender, sex, and sexuality relate to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
